while looking in to sequential art and cave paintings, I thought that I would look into petroglyphs, in Australia, carved by the indigenous Australians. it is believed that they carved these images in to stone to show their day to day life through their art. They would draw hunting scenes in the hope that it would bring them good look for when they go on a hunting trip, some of their carvings would have been for the entertainment of children
