East of west is a comic book series that is published once a month. created by Jonathan Hickman, and has a science fiction western story line. The science fiction/ western story line was created because the writer Jonathan Hickman and the illustrator Nick Dragotta both had different ideas for this comic, Jonathan wanted to do a western and Nick wanted to draw a science fiction. I think its a weird combination but the illustrations for this comic book story are amazing with the amount of detail put in to them.
