Studio Brief 1- Set, Series, Sequence

Sequential Art.



Cave paintings is a form of sequential art, as these images are used to tell a story. These images of the red cow, Chinese horse and black bull are from the cave in Lascaux, southwest of France, these paintings are believed to have been there for the last 20,000 years, but was discovered September 1940. The earliest cave paintings were found at this cave in France, Lascaux. In this cave it shows both types of cave paintings that show stories, Petroglyphs which are pictures carved into stone and Pictographs, which is pictures painted on stone.
