Cel animation is a traditional for of animation, that is used in the production of cartoon or films. Cel animation is what animators used to create 2D animations before, animators started using computers. The process of this animations involves drawing images that are slightly different and then tracing the images on to transparent sheets of cel paper, but this method of animating takes so long because its so time consuming.
